This study attempts to reexamine how the theory of cubist's collage is involved in architectural design process through an analytic exploration of the Romeo and Juliet project by Peter Eisenman and collage technique developed by Piccaso. The arguement concentrates on the conceptual aspects of collage, which includes the theory of 'signs-as-a-whole in an infinite process of regression, and their analogous interrelationship with site, program and representation in architecture
