초록
We fabricated surface plasmon plannar waveguide sensor. The surfae plasmon plannar waveguide sensor is composed of three-later structure which is Au thin film/Cr thin film/fused silica substrate. As surface plasmon is generated on surface of Au thin film. If the refractive index of the sample on Au thin film changed, the surface plasmon spectrum shifts. So we used the surface plasmon resonance phenomenon for analysis of refractive index of isopropyl alcohol.
