초록
We report that a non-unitary transfer matrix that we have developed is highly effective in analyzing the transfer characteristics of a racetrack resonator. While the unitary transfer matrix method shows a limited description, the non-unitary matrix method has been found to explain the behaviors of a racetrack resonator effectively, including the characteristics of t-dependent drop power and the length-dependent phase variations. The results show excellent agreement with the results from the finite difference time domain (FDTD)-based simulation study.
