초록
Innovation is imperative for the survival and sustainability of any organization in today’s dynamic business environment. Technology-driven devices and systems are especially critical for knowledge-intensive transformative institutions like hospitals for quality patient services and efficient operations. This study empirically examines the effects of technology-driven service encounters on patients’ experience satisfaction.
