자동화 공정을 적용한 소방배관 흔들림 방지 버팀대 기술개발
초록
In this study, the production and defect rate between the two processes were compared and analyzed by converting the existing manual assembly process to an automated process for the manufacturing process of the anti-shaking support, which is an earthquake-resistant product of firefighting facilities. In the manual process, it was identified as a problem of assembly failure due to loss of erroneous parts due to mistakes by workers or assembly of defective parts, and an automatic assembly vision inspection was applied to improve the problem. By comparing the manual and automation processes of the assembly process, the work time and number of workers were compared and analyzed. In the manual assembly process, the daily production amount was 3,840 sets/8h, 7.5 seconds per set, and after the introduction of the automation system, the daily production amount was 5,630 sets/11h, which was 7.03 seconds, which was 6.3% reduced compared to manual work. Defect assembly was prevented by automatic discharge of defective parts through vision system inspection, and as a result of reviewing process defects due to loss of parts and poor assembly through automation of assembly and vision inspection after assembly, quality stability was improved by 0.20% for manual work and 0.00% for process defects after introduction of the automation system. In addition, a safe workplace was established by preventing safety accidents that may occur due to accumulation of workers' fatigue due to repeated work and long-term work, and preventing musculoskeletal diseases that are at risk of occurrence of transporting high-weight parts.
