초록
Oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene(ODE) to styrene (ST) is an attractive process due to its advantages over the conventional endothermic dehydrogenation reation. Various catalysts such as active alumina, mixed-oxide and phosphates have been applied as catalysts for ODE, and the accumulated carbon layerss deposited on the catalyst surface have been identified as the real active catalysts converting ethylbenzene (EB) to styrene.
