상면도 주사전자현미경 이미지를 이용한 집적형 광도파로의 옆면 경사 측정법

초록

We have demonstrated a sidewall slope measurement method of integrated optical waveguide using a top-view SEM image without having any destructive cleaving process. The measured sidewall slope of a Si optical waveguide with our technique is only 0.01˚ different from that measured with a conventional edge-view SEM method on a vertically cleaved wafer.
