Durable and High-performance Lithium-Ion Battery Anode using Carbon-coated Double-Shell Black Titania
초록
In this study, a carbon-coated double-shell black titania (DS-BT@C) is designed to overcome the intrinsic limitations of conventional titania in the use lithium-ion battery (LIB) anode. The double-shell hollow structure offers sufficient active sites and short ion-diffusion pathways, while conductive carbon coating provides efficient electron transport and mechanical integrity during repeated cycling. Additionally, the introduction of oxygen-deficient sites enhances charge transport, enabling rapid and stable electrochemical processes. This synergistic design achieves both fast kinetics and long-term durability, establishing DS-BT@C as a promising next-generation anode material in LIB.
