Preparation and Surface Morphology of Nanostructured Thin Films Prepared From Titania Sol-Gel Solutions of Amphiphilic Block Copolymers
초록
The nanostructured thin films of the organic-inorganic self assembly of titanium isopropoxide(TTIP) and amphiphilic triblock copolymer, poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(propylene oxide)-b-poly(ethylene oxide) (EO20PO70EO20, numbers in subscripts denote the molar ratios of each component) were prepared by dip coating on ITO-coated glass substrates and Si wafers. The ethanolic inorganic precursor solution of titanium isopropoxide was prehydrolyzed in aqueous HCl solution. The micellar solution of organic phase was prepared by dissolving the adequate amount of EO20PO70EO20 in ethanol and mixed with the inorganic precursor solution. The resultant mixtures with various concentrations of EO20PO70 EO20 were then dip-coated on the substrates and dried at room temperature. The dried, dip-coated specimens were calcined at 600oC in air. The surface morphology of the dried nanostructured thin films was investigated by atomic force microscopy(AFM) Keywords: Thin films, sol-gel solution, titania, block copolymer
