A modified TCP/IP over IEEE-1394 for real-time control communication

Real-time communication in control systems plays an important role. This paper proposes a modified TCP/IP protocol for IEEE-1394, which profieds a specially designed mechanism for the asynchronous and isochronoous data transmission of IEEE-1394 to guarantee the real-time communication.
