초록
Modern semiconductor technology has two characteristics; large scale investment needed to aquire state of art equipments and the SOC with low power sonsumption and high speed. Under this circumstance, a new national project, called 'system 2010 project' started from 1998 and expected to continue for 7 years will be reviewed and its objectives will be addressed.
