컨텍스츄얼리즘에 대한 콜린로우와 로버트 벤추리의 사유와 방법에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze different urban design approaches of 60's by Collin Rowe and Robert Venturi, upon contextualism which made up the deficiency of modern architectural and urban theories, to reinterpret the complementary relationship of each theory, and to explore the theoretical applicability of contextualism within the realm of contemporay architecture and city. The arguement concentrates on the idea of composite building, a characteristic piece existing in our cities, which acts both as object and texture simultaneously and Billding House, designed by Venturi.
