Impact of human resource capability on performance: The roles of internal firm resources

This study investigated a link between human resource to firm performance with a mediator of internal capabilities. Using the Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) survey, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method was implemented. The result indicates that Internal Firm Resources play mediating roles and affect the relationship between human resource capability and firm performance. © Rushing Water Publishers Ltd. 2019.
