A study on the predicts of nurse's turnover intention working in the registered social welfare facilities of Korea
초록
Background The growing of social welfare needs is important issue in Korea, especially in the area of public health. Nurses are expected to manage this kind of needs as a health care profession. However the work environment of social welfare facilities of Korea is very poor and it induced nurse’s turnover. So it needs to develop management strategies for decreasing nurse’s turnover. Conclusions The key predict factor of nurse’s turnover intention working in public welfare facilities was organizational commitment. The power of predict was over 40%. Therefore, to decrease the nurse’s turnover, it has to increase the organizational commitment.
