초록

Recently, the interest of light emitting diode (LED) lightings has increased because its advantages; long life-time, high efficiency, environment-friendly characteristics. To drive LED lightings, a power converter is applied. However the life-time of the LED lightings is decreased because of the electrolytic capacitors in the power converters. This paper presents the single-stage PFC DCM flyback converter both without electrolytic capacitor free and with a serial resonant filter. The PI controller is used to maintain constant current. The proposed converter is verified by simulation.
