초록

RA is a chronic, systemic, inflammatory disorder of unknown or probably autoimmune etiology that primarily involves joints. Prevalence is 1% ( 0.3-2.1 ) of population. Annual incidence is 30/100,000 . Female to male = 3 (2-4) : 1, RA is ameliorated during pregnancy but relapse after delivery. The peak onset is between the ages of 30 ? 55 years. Late onset RA: after 65 years of age.
