강내탄도 내 항력식에 따른 추진제 입자 이동 비교
초록
The interphase drag has the greatest effect on propellant particle movement in the phenomena of the two-phase flow of the interior ballistics. In previous studies, Ergun's empirical equation has been used for the calculation of drag force acting on the propellant particle. However, this equation is limited to the sphere configuration and the actural Reynolds' No. condition of interior ballistics has outranged from the Reynolds' No. region of the equation. In this study, therefore, comparison analysis of the propellant particle movement has been conducted using the previous Ergun's equation and the corrected Ergun's equation. The corrected equation has been calibrated according to the Reynolds' No. and the grain configuration using the STAR-CCM+.
