A Study on the Design of Centrifugal Pump with Low Specific Speed for a Propellant Supply System of Small Liquid Rocket

초록

For a supply system of a small-sized engine, there is a limitation in general design methods because specific speed of the pump is very small. In this study, a design technique for a centrifugal pump with low specific speed is suggested using various empirical methods. The technique is verified by confirming the pressurization performance of the designed pump through CFD computational simulations.
