Role of soluble VEGFR(sflt1) in diabetic nephropathy

초록

Soluble VEGFR(sflt1) is the most important endogenous negative regu;ator for VEGF activity in vivo. This study investigated the role of sflt1 in diabetic vasculopathy in vitro proximal tubular cells and type II diabrtic patients. Our results suggest that sflt1 production amy excretion was significantly increased in all patients with diabetes.
