The effects of organizational support and capabilities on work performance

초록

The objective of this study is to examine the effects of organizational support and foreign workers’ capabilities on work performance in South Korea. The proposed research model with its associated hypotheses was tested using structural equation modeling. The results of this study are intended to serve as a guideline for companies to increase the work performance of foreign workers.
