반구형 부유체 파력발전기 최대 효율을 위한 최적 래칭 제어

초록

The aim of this study is to estimate the effect of latching control for the maximum extraction power. Latching control is one of the discontinuous control techniques that can be easily applied. The latching time, which is the only parameter of latching control, is calculated and applied using the energy period. In this study, hydrodynamic analysis was conducted to investigate hydrodynamic performance of heaving buoy by using Rankine panel method and Cummins equation. Using the approximate coulomb damping force hydraulic power take-off system is also adopted to the wave energy converter. The qL factor and the time-averaged extraction power were calculated with latching and without latching control. Finally, the optimal condition was determined for the maximum extraction power.
