저혈청 배지에서의 재조합 CHO-K1 세포주 배양에서 NMDA와 Retinoid 계열의 물질이 EPO 생산에 미치는 영향

초록

In low-serum culture, enhancement of recombinant erythropoietin (EPO) production by various culture additives was investigated. The influence of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) on cell growth and the production of EPO. Cell growth was decreased, but EPO production was increase at all concentrations. In this study, the optimum concentration and treatment time was found to be 150μM at the beginning of the culture. In addition, 13-cis-retinal was shown to increase EPO production. The optimum concentration was 100nM.
