Effect of sectional shape change during Equal Channel Angular Processing

초록

Much research efforts have been made on the equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) which produces ultra-fine grains. Along with experiment, the finite elenemt method has been widely employed to investigate the deformation behavior of specimen during ECAP and the effect of process parameters of ECAP. In this paper, sectionial shape change has beeb inbvestigated during ECAP with pure-Zr, Zr-702 by using three-dimentinal finited element analysis. The results have been compare with the experimental results.
