초록
This study is aimed at developing magnetite thin films with the ultrasound-enhanced ferrite plating method and investigating the effect of the plating conditions on microstructure and magnetic properties of the thin films. In addition, the magnetite(Fe3O4) thin films were converted to maghemite(γ-Fe2O3) thin films through oxidation in the air. The transformed films were investigated for CO gas sensitivity.
