The Effect of a rew Genetic Polymorphism on Childhood Asthma

초록

The risk of asthma can be increased with exposure to PAHs and in this study polymorphism related to the metabolism of them. The interactive efects in this study shows modification of genetic polymorphism on the relationship between environment pollutions and asthma. The interaction suggests highly that environmental toxic materials and genetic factors should be considered in the asthma.
