교통신호등주 설계 최적화 및 피로응력집중 계수 해석

초록

Finite element analysis and frame analysis were performed for the design drawings of the traffic light poles currently being installed, and the stress levels acting on the mastarm and support were analyzed. In the existing design, there was a large difference in stress levels occurring depending on the size of the traffic signal light, and in some cases, stresses exceeding yield strength occurred. Therefore, high-strength carbon steel PosMAC 540Y was applied to maintain a constant stress level regardless of the size of the traffic signal light through design optimization. In addition, reflecting the characteristics of traffic signal lights that are vulnerable to fatigue, fatigue strength of the structures were evaluated.
