피라네지의 회화와 렘 콜하스의 드로잉과의 상관성을 통해서 본 도시 재현 방식에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the views of urbanism appeared in the works of Piranesi and Rem Koolhaas, which made up the deficiency of modern urban theories, to reinterpret the complementary relationship of main ideas inherent in their works, and to explore the theoretical applicability of their ideas within the realm of contemporary architecture and city. The argument concentrates on the methodology of urban representation characterized by indeterminacy and plurality which reflects each era, through comparative analysis on Piranesi's Campo Marzio and Koolhaas' La Villette.
