초록

The phosphoryl transfer reaction have studied from phenyl-substituted phenyl thiocyano phosphates towards pyridine in acetonitrile at 55'C. Phosphoryl transter reactions have been addressing recently with importance in Physical Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry. Two main types of displacement process are known in neutral phosphoryl group transfer reaction : the stepwise mechanism involving a trigonal bipyramidal penta-coordinated (TBP-5C) intermediate and the concerted displacement at phosphorus through a single penta-coordinate transition state (TS).
