피부 상처 치유 분석을 위한 미세유체시스템 기반의 체외 2차원 피부 모델 개발
초록
Cutaneous wound healing process still has lots of unrevealed phase relative to its importance. To accelerate wound healing study, including high efficiency, well-mimicked in vitro skin model is required. In this research, we fabricated nano-wrinkled surfaces with biocompatible PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) polymer to mimic the aligned cellular scaffolds and the surfaces were integrated with microfluidic system. For wound healing study, the device has channels to form sheath flow to chemically remove cells from cell cultured channel. Quantitative assay for cellular behavior, like wound closure rate, is conducted upon kind of growth factors participate in wound healing phase. This in vitro skin model can be expected to provide better in vivo mimicked microenvironments and platform for various chemical engaged wound healing study.
