B2B e-commerce and Institutions of Korea
초록
This paper examines the role of institutions in the adpoption of B2B e-commerce, focusing on firms in Korea. This paper deals with institutional bottlenecks through which firms in Korea have low incentives to adopt B2B e-commerce and proposes that the institutions and incentive structures are the main reason why firms cannot break from traditional network-based transactions.
