DC와 PC로 전기증착된 나노결정의 니켈 텅스텐 합금의 구조적 분석
Structural Analysis of DC and PC Electroplated Nanocrystalline Ni-W Alloy
초록
Ni-W alloys are generally known to have good corrosion resistance as well as hardness. Especially, Nanocrystalline Ni-W alloys might have some excellent properties such as high hardness, high corrosion resistance and high thermal stability. However, nanocrystalline metallic materials are usually limited in practical applications because of their severe brittleness. In this study, nanocrystalline Ni-W alloys having both high hardness and high ductility were produced by DC(direct current) and PC(pulse current) electrodeposition.
