유엔 장애인권리협약과 의사결정지원제도 도입의 현황

초록
● 장애인권리협약과 의사결정지원의 국제 동향을 주제로 발표함. 장애인권리협약 제12조의 이행과 관련하여 장애인권리위원회의 견해를 분석하고 동 위원회가 제시한 기준을 국내법적으로 충족하기 위한 각국의 입법적 모색에 대하여 페루, 아르헨티나 등의 입법모델을 중심으로 소개하고 우리나라에 있어서 가능한 입법모델의 아이디어를 제시함.
