Mesocosm experiment on mitigation of Cochlodinium blooms by sophorolipid

초록

To investigate the effect of sophorolipid on the mitigation of Cochlodinium blooms and the mortality of other microorganisms,we carried out amesocosm experiment under the bloom conditions of Cochlodinium in last September 2001.Results indicated that the abundance of Cochlodinium cells was seriously reduced at the concentrations of 50ug/ml sophorolipid.
