Numerical Study on Organic Light Emitting Diodes with Distributed Bragg Reflector

In this paper, we report a theoretical study on the electronic-optical properties of the organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) devices. We employ the multilayer structure which consists of N,N'-bis(3- methylphenyl)-N,N'-bis(phenyl)benzidine (TPD) as a hole trasport layer (HTL) and tris(8- hydroxyquinolinato)aluminum (Alq3) as an electron transport layer (ETL). The bottom mirror which enhances the efficiency of devices is inserted between ETL and Substrate and is composed of a distributed Bragg reflector (DBR).
