POI 기반 연구를 통한 저장성 물류 기업의 공간적 역학 및 주요 영향 요인 분석

Understanding the spatial evolution of logistics enterprises is essential for regional economic development and industrial optimization. This study analyzes the spatial distribution and evolution of logistics enterprises in Zhejiang Province from 2007 to 2023 using Point of Interest (POI) data. By employing kernel density estimation, average nearest neighbor analysis, and standard deviational ellipse analysis, this study identifies spatial distribution patterns and their temporal dynamics across five regions of Zhejiang. Furthermore, spatial regression models are applied to explore the factors influencing these changes, including economic development, transportation networks, and policy interventions. To deepen the analysis, regression models are used to examine how these factors drive shifts in spatial clustering and core-periphery structures over time. The findings provide empirical insights into the mechanisms shaping logistics enterprise distribution and evolution. This study contributes to the understanding of logistics spatial dynamics and offers practical implications for regional logistics planning and industrial policy.
