We focus on the robust sampled-data static output-feedback control problems for singularly perturbed nonlinear systems subject to parametric uncertainties and L-2 or L(infinity )disturbances that can be modeled in Takagi-Sugeno form. The features are that: (i) the sampled-data syntheses are performed in a continuous-time domain; (ii) (approximate) discrete-time modeling is not involved; (iii) the descriptor- type Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is not adopted. Two (H-infinity and L-infinity-L-infinity) design conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical developments. (C) 2020 Published by Elsevier Ltd on behalf of The Franklin Institute.
