초록
Carcinosarcomas of the biliary system are extremely rare tumors composed of both carcinomatous and sarcomatous components. The gallbladder is the most frequently affected site, and only 4 cases of bile duct origin were reported in English literature. Polypoid growth was reported to be characteristic feature of carcinosarcoma.
