Analysis of the Operation Mode of Cross-border E-commerce Logistics - Analysis on the establishment of overseas hubs between China and Europe

China's cross-border e-commerce is constantly evolving in the ever-changing trend of the times, and the Belt and Road Initiative plays an important strategic role in the development of China's cross-border e-commerce. Among them, the China-Europe train is also of great significance in the field of cross-border logistics. Analyze its advantages and disadvantages in the specific mode of operation, focusing on improving the efficiency of the China-Europe train and the efficiency of the return. The efficiency of the return of goods is the center, analyzing the current problems of the China-Europe train and enumerating some measures to improve the relevant situation. The improvement measures are based on the theory of overseas warehouses and logistics alliances, taking Zheng-Europe as an example, using the solution of Weber's problem, and using population as the judging standard, and analyzing and setting up hubs with examples. Use this method to promote the efficiency of China-Europe trains, better serve the economic development, better expand the influence and role of China-Europe trains, and enhance the international influence and economic promotion of the One Belt One Road policy. Use the method of building overseas hubs to improve the empty car rate and the cost of returning empty cars. There are also some cross-border e-commerce returns and the sharing economy development of sharing hubs with overseas companies.
