Silicon Nano-wires and Plasmonic Waveguides for VLSI Nano-Photonic Circuit Application

This paper presents an overview on our work on the study of integration of micro/nano-photonic wires and devices for VLSI photonic circuit application. In particular, it focuses on the aspect of nano-scale integration using dielectric nano-wires and plasmonic wires as an example.
