Filler size effect in graphite/paraffine wax composite on electromagnetic interference shielding performance

초록

Carbon materials, such as carbon nanotubes (CNTs), carbon nanocoils (CNCs), and graphite are versatile, eco-friendly, and exhibit high electrical conductivity. Also, carbon materials are expected to exhibit high-performance EM wave attenuation due to their thermally activated carrier hopping associated with defect states. The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness according to the geometrical characteristics of graphite in composites.
