Effective simulation methodology of visual impact assessment

The purpose of this study is to indicate the appropriate evaluation methodology for forecasting landscape change precisely. For this I analyze the several landscape simulation techniques which are used at the visual impact assessment in the current environmental impact assessment. The simulation techniques are categorize by project type which is based on the size and characteristics of project.
