Lipolase 100-T를 이용한 Hydrogenated beef tallow 유래 Calcium stearate 생산 최적화

초록

Calcium stearate was produced by this method was purified and recovered through new method. Lipolase 100-T was used to produce calcium stearate from hydrogenated beef tallow. This process was optimized major factor of two, temperature and enzyme concentration. The temperature was optimized in 60℃ and enzyme concentration was 0.6wt% of hydrogenated beef tallow.
