Optical Characteristics of Green Light Emitting Organic Devices: Finite Element Approach

In this paper, we show a numerical study on the electronic-optical properties of the phosphorescence organic light emitting diodes (PHOLEDs) devices. In order to grasp the electrical and optical properties such as the transport of charge, the generation of exciton, and emission property, the finite element method (FEM) is applied to numerical analysis in PHOLEDs.
