Dynamic Behavior of Multiple Quantum well Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Lasers

We report that we have been able to describe the dynamic behavior of the multiple quantum well VCSEL laser much more effectively than before by introducing the expressing of the thermal resistance into the set of thermal equations. We have been able to calculate the accurate value of the internal temperature of VCSEL so that we can estimate how seriously the heating effects on the laser perfomance.
