The application of AI (Artificial intelligence) in the healthcare would be finding new solutions to existing problems, such as preventive medicine, diagnosis, patient treatment, and operations. Then, how are we going to respond to the rapidly changing wave of disruptive digital technologies in the healthcare industry to ensure that the human being lives within the technology? The purpose of this study is to propose an efficient operational management strategy for patient protection and potential risk management as social issues.
