Surgical and orthodontic treatment of treacher collins syndrome; a case report

초록

Treacher collins syndrome(TCS) is a rare autosomal doninant disorder with a severe and complex craniofacial malformation affecting the facial skeletom and soft tisses. We performed rib bone graft for TMJ reconstruction, LeFort I osteotomy, sagittal split ramus osteotomy, advanced genioplasty and distraction osteogenesis to reconstruct mandible and to restore normal occlusion including the orthodontic treatment.
