초록
In this paper, the effect of decrease in ground potential is reviewed by measuring ground potential rise according to the surge-current-applied points of where Carbon Ground Module has parallel connection with large grounding electrode. Also, the test is performed in the condition of less than 1 μs and over 10 μs respectively in order to compare ground potential rise according to the rise time of surge current. As a result of the testing, in case that surge current is applied to the where Carbon Ground Module has parallel connection with large grounding electrode, it is effective in decreasing grounding potential rise due to the capacitance of Carbon Ground Module which leads to the reduction of grounding impedance. It seems to be utilized as a base data in developing a simulation method in the future.
