제어곡선에 따라 운전되는 발전용 가스터빈의 성능민감도 분석

초록
This study examines the impact of various operational factors on the performance of gas turbines. Unlike previous studies that compared performance based on the same turbine inlet temperature, this study compares performance based on the temperature control curve. Additionally, since different control strategies are applied to full-load and part-load operations, their respective effects on performance were examined. As a result, both full-load and part-load operations showed that compressor fouling and turbine erosion significantly impacted performance. In full-load, a 2% decrease in the dimensionless mass flow rate due to compressor fouling resulted in reductions of 4.93 MW (2.7%) in overall power and 0.36%p in overall efficiency. Furthermore, when turbine efficiency decreased by 1% due to turbine erosion, TIT dropped by 10.07 °C, resulting in reductions of 6.67 MW (3.6%) in overall power and 1.06%p in overall efficiency. Meanwhile, in part-load, turbine erosion-induced efficiency degradation led to significant changes in TIT. The overall power exhibited different variations depending on the extent of turbine efficiency degradation. Additionally, overall efficiency decreased as turbine efficiency declined, with a 1% reduction in turbine efficiency leading to an overall efficiency decrease of 0.68%p at 75% load and 0.61%p at 50% load.
