초록

Eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and Docohexaenoic acid(DHA) are two of the most important w-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFAs) in fish oil. Because of the limitation in separation method and cose problem, mixture of EPA and DHA is administrated in health care products. Obviously, this may have some detrimental impacts due to long time administration, as EPA and DHA have different pharmacological effects. Therefore, how to separate EPA and DHA efficiently has received attention. --
