클라우드 환경에 적합한 All Flash Array 스토리지 구조 및 성능 고찰

초록

In this paper, we present various architectures of All Flash Array storages adaptable for cloud environment and analyse their I/O performance using IOzone benchmark in the real environment. For 8-bay hierarchical RAID storage structures, we suggest RAID-60 configurations using LVM, mdadm and Btrfs, respectively. The experimental results show that the throughput of RAID-60 using LVM is better than those of other configurations in terms of sequential read/write and random read/write.
